A spacious, rustic, self-catering timber cottage, fully off-grid with solar power, rainwater for drinking, and river water for the kitchen and bathrooms. Recently upgraded for children (2+) and assisted wheelchair access. A peaceful escape to recharge among fresh air, wildlife, birds, and natural beauty. Due to no fencing and frequent wildlife visitors, no pets are allowed. The space A comfortable open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area invites you to settle in and unwind. The spacious shower and outdoor bath are perfect for washing off the city dust. Next to the main bedroom, a small office/dressing room offers ample cupboard space for everyone. Outside, relax on the covered deck, wander down to the river, or meander into the forest. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cottage, along with shared use of the field and river. Please note that the outbuildings and workshop are not accessible. Other things to note For the safety of our roaming farm creatures and nearby wildlife, pets aren’t permitted. Children from 2 years and older are warmly welcomed. The space offers assisted wheelchair access
