Gingerbread House in a quiet woodland setting

Gingerbread House, popular with families, is a self-contained annex set within the owners property, bordered by bluebell woodland and arable fields. The house is ideally situated for day trips into central London by train, sightseeing in Kent/Sussex, or events at Brands Hatch. The village of Pratts Bottom and the local pub is within a 8 minute walk. The nearest train stations are a 10 mins drive and offer fast services to London Charing Cross on the Tunbridge Wells/Hastings line. The space The accommodation is on two levels; upstairs there are two bedrooms (a twin and a double) and a landing. Downstairs is an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a door leading to the wc and shower room. There is dedicated off-road parking space for one car. A second car can be accommodated only if arranged with us in advance. Guest access Access is via a short driveway through the owners garden to Gingerbread House which is tucked around the corner at the rear of the property by our garage and not visible from the cottage. You have your own outside space in the form of a patio area overlooking the woods, a greenhouse and veg beds. Other things to note Please note that we do not charge a cleaning fee. Bed linen and shower towels are NOT INCLUDED in the price but can be provided for an additional fee, payable at the property in cash. Based on full occupancy this will be £30. Guests are welcome to bring and use their own bedlinen and towels, if preferred. We have not geared ourselves up for providing for the additional requirements of very young children, for example we do not have cots, high chairs, stair gate, etc. Parents with young children are welcome but will need to bring their own equipment for their safety and comfort. We do not accept third party or corporate bookings for employees. People travelling for work are requested to make their booking through their own personal Airbnb profile.
