Clean, comfortable double room with en-suite and free WiFi in a modern, spacious terraced town house on the Bermuda Park Estate on the south side of Nuneaton and with on street parking. Located close to various workplaces, leisure activities and eateries. Clean, tidy, quiet, considerate and professional people preferred. Guest access PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING Due to the current COVID situation I am no longer offering, for the time being, any access to shared spaces including kitchen facilities. I am though providing a kettle and some coffee and tea in the room so you can make a hot beverage should you wish. So just to be absolutely clear...any booking should you decide to make one is FOR THE ROOM ONLY. Other things to note Located close to various facilities : - Workplaces including the George Eliot Hospital, Saputo Dairy, RS Components, DHL, Bestway, C&C, Excel and others. - Leisure activities including the Odeon Cinema and Superbowl. - Eateries including MacDonalds, KFC, Subway, Starbucks, Tim Hortons and 3 pubs - Middlemarch Farm, Beefeater Griff House and The Griffin. Nuneaton town centre is approximately 2.5 miles away and there's a footpath to the George Eliot Hospital and Bermuda Park railway station, both an easy 12-15 minute walk. Good for the A444, M6 (3 miles away), A5, M69 and M1. The RICOH Arena is approximately 4 miles away and Birmingham City Centre & Airport, Leicester, Warwick Castle & Leamington Spa are all approximately 30 minutes away. Also... Please note that the room has an en-suite with shower facilities. There is no bath available for your use in the property. And... I shouldn't have to mention this but definitely NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere in the house. Please respect this.
