Brand new 2 bedroom unit (sleeps up to 8) available for rent. Just put it online, read the reviews on our “Charming 3BR” in our profile, this is the adjoining unit and is very similarly designed/finished. Prime location 2 blocks from the beach, close to many great restaurants, bars, breweries & shops, walk to it all. New everything, new appliances, kitchen, furniture, bedding, etc. There is a room with a king, a room with a bunk (2 double beds, sleeps 4) and a full size pullout in the main room. The space This home has an open kitchen and family room as well as a nice deck and grill which combined with the location, all make for a perfect family or friends get together. We are located only a couple blocks from the heart of the Virginia Beach oceanfront but tucked away among other homes making for a bit quieter/less hectic experience than on the boardwalk. Included is a fully shaded deck right off the kitchen with a gas grill for those that want to barbecue. In addition there are a handful of Adirondacks and other chairs for outdoor seating options. There are flat screen tv’s in the main room, the bunk room and the king room. All tv’s come with Netflix, Amazon or other streaming services as well as premium cable and high speed WiFi throughout the unit. The bunk room also has a seating area to keep everyone entertained with their own spaces. It also makes for a good area for a sleeping bag if needed. As fair notice, this unit is the bottom floor of a 2 unit duplex with another separate unit above. If you are a very light sleeper or get easily bothered by the sound of footsteps it's just something we want to make you aware of as a possibility. We provide sound machines for both bedrooms if needed and ask the renters above to be mindful. If there is ever an issue we are just a quick text away.
