This extra large ‘Hay Wagon' which stands alone, nestles under the tree line with spectacular landscape views. Added in the grounds is a spacious open fronted shed which enhances your entertaining space and includes an outside rainfall hot shower, seating, coffee table and BBQ. The space The Hay Wagon is a (c20 sq m). Elevated off the ground you step up oak steps to full height glazed doors and windows entering into a bespoke wooden, cladded interior with high arched ceilings, oak floor boards and hand finished kitchen with slate work top. This beautiful Wagon stands alone in a peaceful, private, setting with views of the surrounding farmland. The inside is welcoming with beautiful interiors carefully planned with every detail considered. Bedroom space with sliding curtain for privacy and hanging area and baskets for your clothes. The King size bed is super comfy with large pillows. A fully fitted kitchen (induction hob, full sized fan oven and large fridge). The gorgeous bathroom with large shower space, quality glass sliding door with a powerful rain shower and plenty of hot water. Window, shelves, vintage style sink, WC and hot towel rail. There is electric, thermostat control heating, super fast WiFi, and a lovely wood burner stacked with our logs, so toasty warm. OUTSIDE there is a large gravel entertaining space with table and chairs and large lawn area with teak chairs with footrests and table. Extra thought has gone into allowing you all year round and weather options. The wonderful large covered outside seating area with sheep skin cushions and fur covered oak seating table and chairs allows you to enjoy all year round. Set your BBQ or Fire Pit, wrap up with a blanket and enjoy even in the rain. Quite magical. The outside SHOWER. This is VERY SPECIAL. Grab your dressing gown from the bathroom and flip flops and enjoy a wild outside shower. Loads of piping hot water powers over your head whilst you Gaze over the top at far reaching views, watch the sun rise or stars at night. Location:- Set off the Alresford Drove (on the Watercress Way), it allows you access to lovely walks / bike routes through farmland and to Country Pubs. Winchester and market towns are a short drive or bike ride away. Private location. Guest access Secluded spot with pedestrian and vehicular access, with dedicated car space close to the Wagon. Other things to note Towels, dressing gowns and toiletries are provided. We have a Tennis Court on site which can made available for guests on a pre booked basis. Secure garden for a dog.
