Quiet house (pedestrian path)

House located on a pedestrian path, about a hundred meters from the street. Quiet in perspective. Four cats live there, between indoors and outdoors. A caress and a few kibbles from you will delight them. The space The house includes a large living room (living room, dining room, kitchen), a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and sink, and two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and the other with a bunk bed). It is still under renovation: Everything is usable and in good condition, there are just a few finishes to complete. Nothing that prevents you from enjoying the place. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, Senseo, electric kettle and all the necessary equipment for cooking. This is my home so there are also "basic" foodstuffs on site (oils, spices, etc.). The heating is a pellet stove. Its use is explained in the house guide that you will receive at check-in. Public transport is rare in Ittre. It is essential to have a car. Two train stations (Tubize and Hennuyères) are within a 10-minute drive, and go in particular to Brussels. Guest access Access to the entire house. Other things to note bed sheets are provided. Bath towels are not. if bath towels are used, each "rental" of a towel will be charged €5. Pellets are provided in sufficient quantity. Due to heating abuse, each additional bag will be charged €10.
