Located at the center of the island only a few minutes drive away from the beautiful little fishing harbour of Loggos, with it’s picturesque waterside tavernas & cafes, the villa is also very close to some of the finest beaches of the island (Kipos, Kipiadi, Marmari). Built in traditional Paxiot style the villa perfectly blends into its beautiful surroundings, among the olive trees and the peace and quiet of an unspoilt nature. Externally the pool area spreads out in front of the villa, with spacious terracing, outside dining and lounge ideal for sunbathing with plentiful natural shade to escape the midday sun and relaxing by the swimming pool. A stylish marble table can accommodate outside up to 10 people for lunches and great evening dinners and barbecues. The living areas lead out onto the terrace and pool including the three bedrooms, two doubles (one with en-suite bathroom) and one twin bedroom. All three bedrooms have Air Conditioning. There is an extra 4th smaller bedroom (with en-suite bathroom and airco), ideal for kids or youngsters with bunk beds. The open plan living/dining room and well equipped kitchen complete the property with its high ceiling that give the house an airy, spacious and cool feel.
