Large Deck with 2 high-top Polywood tables seating 4 and plenty of beach chairs. Full-size W/D and parking for 2 cars. 10-min walk to the boardwalk. Outdoor Living Relax on the private oceanfront deck, furnished with durable Polywood seating, including rocking chairs and 4 hightop chairs with tables— ideal for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or a glass of wine while listening to the waves. Plenty of beach chairs are available for your use. The condo includes about four beach chairs labeled 1A, with additional chairs stored in the closet just inside the building’s entrance. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and living areas. The condo is located on the first floor, just one flight of stairs up — there is no elevator, but the elevated position ensures excellent ocean views while keeping access convenient. If you prefer to bring your own, simply let me know after booking and a $60 credit will be applied to your reservation. I only rent weekly in the months of June and July and the first 2 weeks in August. (Saturday to Saturday). Please keep that in mind when booking. Guest access There is a keypad on the front door Other things to note There are 2 parking spots located street side on the south side of the building. one behind the other. One spot is under the building and the other outside, directly behind it. The washer door needs to be left open at all times. It is very humid here at the beach and can form mold very quickly. I have the cleaning lady wipe it down with bleach each cleaning, but it can grow quickly. There are stains, but they are permanent from past exposure
