Apartment Tirolia - ein Juwel am Wilden Kaiser

The cozy, quiet and light-filled apartment Tirolia is located on the first floor of a Tyrolean chalet in the Gasteig district of Kirchdorf in Tyrol. It offers 2 bedrooms with 5–6 sleeping accommodations (maximum 5 adults), a well-equipped kitchen-living room, separate shower room and toilet as well as a large south/west-facing balcony with mountain views. An underground parking space is included in the price. Ideal for relaxing, hiking, skiing and enjoying the Wilden Kaiser. The space The Tirolia apartment was newly renovated at the end of 2019 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. It has two bedrooms, a spacious living area with kitchen and dining area, separate shower room and toilet as well as a large south/west-facing balcony with beautiful views of the mountains and the Wilder Kaiser. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large closet. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a loft bed (140 x 200 cm) made of Swiss pine. A crib can be provided upon request. The bedrooms are quietly situated facing the small stream. The kitchen is very well equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, milk frother, baking utensils and many other kitchen aids. In the living area there is a cozy couch and a swivel satellite TV. Complimentary WiFi, blackout pleated blinds, and fly screens add extra comfort. An underground parking space is included. Ski room, washing machine, dryer and table tennis table can be used in the complex. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, the large south/west-facing balcony, an underground parking space, the ski room and the shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Bicycles can also be safely parked. A ping-pong table is available in the common outdoor area. Depending on the summer season, swimming pool admission is usually included for our guests; the exact arrangement is determined shortly before the start of each season. Other things to note There are no hidden costs when booking. Only the statutory tourist tax applies on site. This is currently 2.60 euros per adult aged 16 and over per night. Charging electric and hybrid cars is currently not possible in the parking area of the property. However, there are public e-charging stations in the surrounding area. Seasonal services such as the Okto hiking bus, winter sports bus or guest card benefits are determined by the tourism association or the respective providers and are subject to change. In the summer season, swimming pool admission is usually included for our guests – an additional extra that we as hosts provide exclusively for our guests. Depending on the current seasonal agreement, this applies either to the Kaiserquell outdoor swimming pool in Kirchdorf or to the Panorama Badewelt St. Johann. The exact arrangement is determined shortly before the start of the summer season.
