Our house, lovingly renovated in 2020, is idyllically located between Güstrow and the Dobbertiner lake landscape in a secluded location in the small, romantic village of Prüzen - one of the most beautiful areas of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern with many opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming. The 120 m² house has a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and two cozy bedrooms on the upper floor. The spacious garden and terrace invite you to linger. The Baltic Sea beach is 50 minutes away. The space Living and dining room on the ground floor, open kitchen to the dining area. From the kitchen and dining room you can reach the rear side of the garden via the approx. 3.5 by 7 meter terrace. The bathroom is located on the ground floor.
