Sweet, small apartment

As a Munich native, I have always appreciated traveling across the Alps in just 4 hours to a completely different climate, namely a warmer zone, with palm trees and subtropical vegetation, the Cote d'Azur of Switzerland. The space The approx. 38 m apartment consists of a combined living, sleeping and dining room and ideally accommodates 2 people. There is also a small kitchen, bathroom, hallway and balcony - very pleasant in summer! A year-round heated swimming pool is as much a part of the apartment as a private parking space. The very nicely landscaped beach and the golf course of Ascona can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. It only takes a little longer to get to the harbor promenade with all the shops and restaurants.
