COZY APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF IPANEMA

Our apartment is very comfortable for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN OUR APARTMENT ! CHECK IN FROM 10:30am TO 8:30pm. IPANEMA BEACH (Posto 8) only TWO BLOCKS away from our apartment. METRO is at the door! Enjoy the SMART TV so you can connect into your NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, etc. The space STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN OUR APARTMENT ! The apartment features a double size bed and a sofa-bed (in the living room), 4 pillows (each bed), excellent quality white linen and colored towels included, and it is perfect and comfortable to host up to 3 people. It is very well equipped: flat screen SMART TV, washing machine, Internet WI-FI access, a fully equipped kitchen (full height fridge, toaster, blender, microwave, water filter, gas stove and oven), ceiling fans (bedroom and living room) and air conditioning in the dining area (enough to cool the entire apartment). The bedroom has a sheer curtain for a little bit of privacy, if necessary. In the living room there is a flat screen SMART TV and the sofa bed. For the business people we also have iron and iron board in the broom cupboard. FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE READ THE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS BELOW: Q - IS THE APARTMENT AVAILABLE / CAN YOU TELL ME THE PRICE OF YOUR APARTMENT FOR MY STAY? A - When you type in your dates and the number of guests, the site will tell you if it is available and the price. It will also include the AirBnB guest fees which we don't have access to. You can also check the calendar availability by selecting the “calendar” tab. If you have any questions about this please ask AirBnB directly- their customer service is very good. Q - CAN I DROP MY LUGGAGE EARLY? A - We don't have facilities to leave or store your luggage. Q - CAN I CHECK IN AFTER 8:00PM? A- We don't do check in after 8:00pm. Q - CAN I CHECK OUT LATE/LEAVE MY LUGGAGE AFTER CHECK OUT AND COLLECT LATER? A - It depends: If we do not have a guest checking in that day, we can arrange a late check out. We don't have facilities to leave or store your luggage. Q - HOW CAN I GET TO THE APARTMENT FROM THE AIRPORT? A - The best way from the airport to Ipanema is by taxi or UBER. In Rio taxi is not expensive, and if you take other means can take up to 3 hours. If you arrive at GIG, usually it takes one hour in between getting luggage, immigration and taxi. If you arrive at SDU is usually 30 to 40 minutes. Therefore, based on the time of arrival you will communicate to us, we will be waiting for you at the apartment either 1 hour or 40 min after your airport arrival time. But we will confirm via e-mail couple of days before your arrival and we will keep communication via the group created by us as well. Q - HOW CAN I GET TO THE APARTMENT FROM THE MAIN COACH STATION: A - Buses arrive at Estação Novo Rio in the Gamboa area of Rio near downtown. From there you will need to take a taxi. Depending on the time of arrival it can take from 40 minutes up to 2 hours. Guest access The entire apartment it is just for you. No one else will access the apartment during your stay. Other things to note * Keep air conditioning and electrical equipment turned off when not using or when you leave the apartment. Great sustainability! * No pets are allowed. We love pets, but do not fit in the apartment. * It is STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the apartment, including at the window and in the bathroom. * Please DON'T take our towels to the beach! * Garbage must be discarded and thrown in an appropriate place. (In the hallway, open the door next to the stairs and leave the garbage bag in) * Turn off the stove and do not leave the gas on when leaving the apartment. * Hang clothes and wet towels on the clothesline that is on the wall or folding clotheslines that are behind the washing machine. * Please respect the quiet hours (22h to 8h). The building is residential. * Avoid wasting water, the environment thanks you/us. * It is NOT allowed to strangers staying beyond the guests listed on the reservation. * Any guest under 18 years is only allowed if accompanied by at least one of his parents or his legal guardian. * No illegal drugs allowed - NO EXCEPTIONS. * The guest is responsible for taking care of the apartment during his stay and must return the apartment in the same condition it was found, as well as all utensils and furniture of the place. Damage caused by the behavior of a Tenant, or a Tenant’s guest, will be repaired at the Tenant’s expense.
