Private room 15 minutes from airport/downtown

Quiet time in the house is 12am-8am for all guests. Lock all doors behind you, and do not leave the window open when you leave for the day. I do have a dog and cat on the property most of the times, but she is very friendly! The house is pretty quiet and layed back. 420 and smoking friendly, but please always smoke outside! The space Guests are free to use any of the communal spaces. Some of these are the living room, kitchen, garage with couch and games, and the laundry room in garage. Living room has most amenities available including cable, x box, and Netflix and Hulu Guest access Guests are free to access all communal areas. Please be respectful of other people’s food and beverages. There is room in the refrigerator to put things, and plenty of dishes to use as well. Just please clean up after yourself. During your stay I am usually on the property, but if I’m not I’m always one call or text away! Other things to note Please clean up after yourself! I charge a low cleaning fee that just covers the cleaning of the room after. I expect guests to do their dishes, and not to leave anything in the sink, or the stove tops/ microwave dirty!
