Every apartment is fully furnished and professionally cleaned between residents. Guest access You will have full access to the apartment and the amenities that the community offers. Other things to note All of our apartments are Non-Smoking regardless if it is allowed on the community or not. There will be a $250 fee for any apartments that have been smoked in. Guests will also be required to follow the rules and regulations of the community for which they will be staying.
