Huge bohemian townhouse opposite beautiful park

Huge, beautiful, Victorian family home opposite Alexandra Park (the park is a huge benefit (look up Alexandra Park, Hastings for more information): 15 min walk to the beach, 12 min walk to the train station, 5 min walk to shops on Queen's Road and to a great pub: The Imperial (amazing pizza oven and micro brewery). We have 2 lovely, friendly and undemanding cats who will need to be fed twice a day and stroked from time-to-time. The space This is a large, comfortable family home with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two large reception rooms. The kitchen/dining room has a large dining table which seats 10. There is no parking outside the house but you can pull over to unload and there is free parking the other side of the park, a short walk away. We will leave full instructions on how everything works in the house. Guest access The whole house is available to guests (except for a locked box room at the top). There is a terraced garden at the back which gets plenty of sunshine. Other things to note The cats are an important factor, they will need to be fed twice a day. They are lovely and friendly and have catflaps to get in and out.
