Nice place on the edge of the forest and near village!

Welcome to ’B ’t Oale Spoor,’ located in a lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the charming village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft with 2 beds above the kitchen. The city center and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, right next to the forest and Pieterpad. 2025 completely renovated! Unfortunately, permanent residence is not allowed. The space The space is completely private and equipped with every comfort. Guest access The property is entirely intended for our guests. The sleeping loft can be reached with a sturdy wooden ladder. Not suitable for small children or people with difficulty walking. Other things to note Please take care of linens (including bedding) yourself. Pillows and duvets are ready. The bed downstairs is 160x200 with 2 single mattresses, duvet 200x200. Upstairs, two single mattresses of 80x200 with single duvets. The sleeping area upstairs is cozy, but small and simple. Dogs (max 2) are welcome, provided not too loud, well behaved and friendly towards other dogs and children. Fees €19,- per dog per stay, if more than a dog please pay the extra fee on the spot. We live next to an equestrian farm, events are occasionally organized there. In that case, next to our house it is a bit busier than usual.
