The 100 m² Völkl vacation apartment awaits you with a large terrace, awning, and south-facing location. The newly renovated Völkl vacation apartment has 2 bedrooms with new box-spring beds, a new bathroom with additional toilet and shower, a seating area, and a kitchen with dishwasher. With our spacious terrace, equipped with an awning and sun loungers, you can relax in style. Excursions to Passau and Czechia, where you can shop at reasonable prices, are also available. Böbrach is located near the Großer Arber and Bodenmais, where gentle tourism is still valued. The town center is only a few minutes away, and parking is available at the house. If you want to leave your car behind, there is a bus stop nearby. In winter, our cross-country ski trail is only a few meters away from the house. Starting point for wonderful hikes along the Black Regen, Rothbach estuary, Harlachberg or to the Märchenalm and enjoy nature. On request, guided hikes to the Arber, Rißloch Falls or Silberberg are available for a contribution of €5 towards expenses.
