The apartment has everything you need in the household to enjoy a longer stay. In the complex there is a large fenced pool with sun loungers and a children's pool. In the street of the complex there is a taxi rank at the opposite hotel, as well as a small bar (100m) and a SPAR market, which is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (approx. 500m). The beach of san Augustin is about a 10-minute walk away. But please note that you have to go down and up a long flight of stairs (bad for people with walking difficulties).
