The property is located in the basement of my private house. You have your own entrance and privacy is of great importance. Free parking is available just a 2-minute walk from the property. The space The property is located in the middle of the city center. Within walking distance you can reach the cellar lane "Sauberg" Langenlois. There are many wine taverns with typical "wine tavern food" and very good regional wine. On foot you can reach many beautiful walking and cycling paths where you can not only get active but also take leisurely walks. In just a 5- to 10-minute walk you can reach the Langenlois Horticultural School. The show gardens with the observation tower bring fun for all ages. There is a large beach volleyball court, a playground and a pond, although swimming is unfortunately not allowed. For swimming, the free Kampbad Langenlois can be reached in just five minutes by car. Another tip is to complete the Langenlois Wine Trail. You have a beautiful view over all of Langenlois and can reach many great sculptures on a walk between the vineyards of traditional winegrowers. The path is also ideal for a picnic in the vineyard. Optionally, this route can also be combined with a wine tasting or done with a Segway. Further information can be obtained from the tourist information office in Ursinhaus Langenlois. Guest access An entire place is rented. You have a private entrance and use the entire facility alone. The gym can also be used by arrangement. Other things to note Below is information about restaurants. In the street of my accommodation there is a pizzeria where you can take away or have pizza delivered. If you like to sit outside with a coffee or a good glass of wine, you can visit the "Café & Wein" on Kornplatz, which also offers a lunch menu and other dishes. From there, you can see the beautiful roundabout overlooking the church and watch the locals. In addition, the inn "Langenloiser Hof" is located on the same square if you want to enjoy typical Austrian food. Kornplatz is within walking distance of the property. If you want to do something in Krems, the "2Stein" is a must for all burger lovers. I also highly recommend the wave game right next to the Danube in Krems.
