- COMFORTABLE FARMHOUSE GITE FOR 8 PEOPLE IN THE FARMYARD

Our 3-star accommodation is called "Gîte La Basse Cour" it is located in a quiet and peaceful hamlet between valleys, forests and bodies of water, in the Aube department, in the heart of the Pays d'Othe. We are 1.5 hours from Paris, 40 minutes from Sens and 30 minutes from Troyes. In the countryside, but close to many shops and a market twice a week 2.5 kilometers from the cottage. This independent and well-equipped house will be an ideal stopover for families or groups of friends. The space Outside you will have a 280 m2 gravel courtyard, with small lawn area, swing, garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. Inside, on the ground floor: a well-equipped kitchen open to the living room with a flat-screen TV, 2 bedrooms with a bed for two people, a shower room and a toilet Upstairs, a relaxation hall with reading area, games and sofa bed, two bedrooms with 2 single beds, a bathroom with toilet Guest access Upon arrival, we will hand over the keys to you and you will get to know all the space that is dedicated to you. Other things to note -We can provide you with free baby equipment: baby bed, high chair, playpen, safety gates, toilet seat reducer, booster seat... - We can also provide you with bathroom linen (1 large towel, 1 small towel and 2 gloves) for 3 euros per person and household linen (tea towels) Free. - Check-in times can be more flexible if the place is available before your booking and your departure can be delayed if there is a large enough gap after our next guests, you can also leave the premises earlier if you want, for work for example. Please let us know. - All operating costs are included, sheets, electricity and water, but for the winter period (from October 1 to March 31) 8 euros per night will be charged for central heating costs -When the group exceeds 8 people and sofas are required, you will be asked for an additional 12 euros per person, per sofa and per night. If you need a sofa(s) while the group does not exceed 8 people, you will be asked for an additional 12 euros, per sofa for your stay. -The cleaning fee is included, but you will have to leave the cottage in a good condition, the dishwasher must be emptied, the sheets removed from the beds and the garbage cans closed and stored in the place indicated. Thank you for your understanding. - The wifi has not been working very well lately. So don't count on it, you might be disappointed. - No pets are allowed, regardless of size, age and breed (due to parquet floors), thank you for your understanding. - We have in the same place, same capacity, same price a second cottage with functional wifi, it is called: La Basse-Cour. - Tourist tax is already included in your reservation. -We can lend you free of charge for your stay: a raclette machine, stone grill, pancake maker. (to be returned clean) -In case of re-lockdown due to Covid, we're committed to refunding you in full. - The 1 night rate is that of the weekend, i.e. 2 nights.
