A beautifully restored cottage set over 3 floors provides a perfectly formed space to relax and dine, drift off to sleep in the king size bed or ponder the day cocooned on the mezzanine. Once here, there’s lot to explore! Beautiful walks, award winning pubs (Shibden Mill). Follow in the footsteps of Anne Lister made famous in ‘Gentleman Jack’ or a trip to The Piece Hall, full of shops, bars & restaurants. Entertain the kids at Eureka or journey further to Howarth, home to the Brontes. The space BEFORE BOOKING: Please take some time to read the details below and look through the images and hopefully it will give you a good idea of what to expect at the cottage. GROUND: Open plan / lounge / dining / kitchen area with bluetooth lighting above kitchen table, bench seating, table and stool, TV, USB plug socket, wine chiller, dish washer, electric oven & hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and extractor fan above the door (This does work it’s super quiet). BEDROOM: King size bed, smart TV, smart speaker link via bluetooth, USB plug sockets, chest of draws, occasional chair, side tables & lamps. BATHROOM: Walk in shower, sink with storage, toilet and heated towel rail and bathroom extractor fan (This does work it’s super quiet). WALK IN WARDROBE: Here you will find chrome hooks that hinge out of the wall / coat hangers / fan / iron & board / outdoor table & chairs / vac. Also it provides access to the mezzanine via ladders and lights that illuminate the way. MEZZANINE: Chill out / sleep / work area. Desk, chair. and sofa bed. The sofa bed is suitable for a child or teenager. Please let us know when booking and we can make up the sofa bed ready for your arrival, there’s also an instruction booklet in the kitchen showing how to convert the sofa bed) The Velux windows have draw down black out blinds. The glass partition to the mezzanine creates a light and airy space overlooking the main bedroom. ESSENTIALS: Provided for your comfort and safety, fast wifi, bluetooth devices, hairdryer, hand wash, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, fire extinguisher, smoke alarms, house alarm, first aid pack and a carbon monoxide alarm. Guest access During your stay you are able to use ground floor, 1st floor and mezzanine. Other things to note TAKE EXTRA CARE When using ladders to mezzanine and ALWAYS assist children.
