Rouga - bright terrace studio 🏳️‍🌈

Your journey to Kythira has almost began! The space The studio is 60 sq. m , on the top floor of our great-grandfathers family home. Renovated in 2017 it’s harmonized with the aesthetics of the village. Rouga terrace has been a family home standing for over 200 years. We created this space with respect to our family history on a quest to attract visitors to experience the island and all the wonders it has to discover. Located in Aroniadika, a medieval village situated in the centre of the Island and close to everything. We invite you to come reset and explore. We are here to act as your guides and ensure you get the most out of your stay, illustrating the rich and varied history of the island and some of the lesser known attractions here on Kythera. Guest access Arriving, you will have the large terrace all to yourself, the patio is a perfect resort from the heat since its covered with a cane pergola surrounded with thick climbing purple Bougainvillea. Walking inside, thespace is surrounded by windows which combined with the high white ceiling the result is gorgeous light all day long, it is a one space suite with a king size build in bed and a build in sitting/dining area that can easily accomodate one person if need be. The wardrobe is a spacious build in and we will also provide a chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully equiped with all the amenities! There is also a woodfire heater to keep you warm during those cold evenings. Fresh cotton linen are provided along with towels, these can be replaced roughly every 4 days.
