The apartment is located in the historic center, in the heart of the village, ideal for couples, families or small groups. A unique detail makes this place special: in some walls, such as in the kitchen and living room, the red stone typical of Sambuca has been left exposed, an ancient and hard material that was extracted directly from the foundations of the houses of the village. The space The recently renovated house retains the characteristics of the period of construction: stone walls, marble grit floors, antique doors and majolica. Guest access Guests have access to: - a living room with a sofa, desk, chairs, 32-inch TV, chest of drawers and antique bedside table. - The bedroom, also with a 32-inch TV, is fully furnished. - small dressing room in which to place the suitcases once emptied. - The kitchen is accessible for breakfast and for the possible use of the fridge. In the case of four guests, the sofa bed becomes a comfortable bed (18 cm mattress) and the living room is transformed into a comfortable bedroom. The living room and bedroom are connected.
