Welcome to Mill House Cottage Studio a beautiful refurbished spacious self contained living space with separate modern kitchen and shower room. Located in the tranquil farming village of Wistow, approx 10 mins drive from Huntingdon, A14/A1. The village was built around the church (Domesday Book 1086) which stands opposite The Three Horseshoes pub. Close road links to St Ives, St Neots, Ramsey, Peterborough, Ely & Cambridge Many local walks for the enthusiast. Wi-fi and off street parking. The space Our studio is self contained within a gated residence including a separate kitchen, shower room, Tv area and dining area. In the kitchen you will find a Nespresso coffee machine with a separate milk heater / frother for that perfect cup of coffee, a microwave oven, electric hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine with dryer and a full size fridge freeze . There will be a complimentary welcome breakfast basket on arrival and you will find a supply of tea, coffee, milk and basic essentials. In the shower room you will find an enclosed shower, towels, shampoo , conditioner, shower gel and a hairdryer. In the TV area there is a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV compatible with Netflix, Prime etc and a 2 seater sofa. The dining area comprises 2 stools and a bar like table. Outside you will find a love seat with table for those sunny days. We live on the premises so are here to help if you need anything. We look forward to meeting you. Guest access Entrance is via a gated gravel drive. Parking space for 1 car is provided however there is plenty safe off street parking for a further vehicle just around the corner if needed.
