Studio on the Rhine! City, beach and polder!

Spacious bright ground floor studio located on the river Rhine in Oud Leiderdorp. Close to Leiden and Amsterdam, the beaches of Noordwijk, Katwijk, and the flowers of the Keukenhof. In a fine weather, you can enjoy the morning sun directly on the water with a fresh cup of coffee. The studio is completely independent with private access, a very complete kitchen, a good bed, and a spacious bathroom. Free bicycles are included, the way to transport yourself in the Netherlands! The space The house is located in the old Leiderdorp, a building from 1900. The ground floor is where your studio is located, directly on the river Rhine. The room has its own private entrance and is entirely yours during your stay. The studio has just been converted into a nice bright space with extensive kitchen, and good sanitary facilities. The Hoofdstraat is a quiet village street with a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. However, for a bustling nightlife, it is better to go to Leiden (10 minutes by bike). Guest access The entire ground floor is available to guests, except for the garage. Other things to note In winter, the room can be heated to a maximum of 21 degrees. The floor can be cold, it has no underfloor heating so it can be experienced as cooler. Guests respect the thermostat manual. There are 2 basic bikes available. The use of the bikes is at your own responsibility. You can't derive any rights from the use of the bikes. The room is on the water, there is no fence to the water.
