Villa Marija is located in a pretty little village Šušnjevica in a quiet environment surrounded by nature, meadows, fields and Ucka mountain. In the vicinity of the villa there is a market (30 m), bar, restaurant (4 km). Villa Marija is an excellent starting point for tours in Istria, visiting the wine routes, olive groves, medieval towns. Guest access The entire property is exclusively for your use only. There are no other guests, you would have exclusive use of the entire house, pool and garden. Other things to note A car is highly recommended. Prior to your arrival we will send you the location and the number of the person welcoming you to the house.
