The space The small apartment is 43 square meters and consists of a bedroom with two single beds (90 × 190 cm), a small living room with a sofa bed as the 3rd sleeping accommodation, a spacious kitchen-living room with dining table and a shower room. It is ideally suited for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, fridge, electric stove with two ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and plenty of cutlery and dishes. Cleaning agents, dish towels, etc. are also available. The kitchen-living room serves as a passageway to the living room. In the living room you will find a sofa bed, which, if more than two guests are staying, is prepared for sleeping. There are also some games here. In the bedroom, you will find a wardrobe and a small desk next to the two beds – the excuse why you could not write postcards is thus eliminated. The shower in the bathroom has an entry height of about 10 cm. Linens, towels/shower towels are of course included. All rooms, sanitary facilities and the staircase were completely renovated a few years ago. In all rooms except the tiled bathroom, the original wooden floorboards ensure warm feet. The bedrooms are equipped with smoke detectors. There is a fire extinguisher in the stairwell. No pets live in the entire house.
