Whether it's for business or for a weekend getaway we want you to be comfortable and relax after a busy day. The space Atlas House is a super duper 3/4 bedroom house that is perfect for you! Whether it's for work or play we want you to be able to get comfortable and relax after a busy day. With an allocated parking space to the rear of the house for 1 vehicle; we can also provide parking permits for street parking. Alternatively it is only a 1.2 mile walk or 4-minute taxi ride from Derby Railway Station. Pride Park Stadium, Alvaston Park, Derby Arboretum, Derby College (just to name a few) are within walking distance, with several gyms, restaurants and a superstore nearby. It is only a little further (6 minutes by car) into the town centre. For those on business, Atlas House is situated on the edge of Pride Park and only a short walk down the road to Bombardier, London Road Community Hospital and Rolls Royce. The property can accommodate up to 9 people, with up to 6 separate beds and the dining table can extend to seat everyone too!! To get you going in the morning, there is a lovely coffee machine, with a range of complimentary coffee pods or tea available....depending upon how you wish to start you day! For added convenience, check-in is contactless, we look out for your arrival on our ring video doorbell. Guest access Guests will have use of the entire property Other things to note As a professional short term-letting company, we require proof of ID and home address (e.g driving licence of the booker), a security deposit of £225.00 and a signed rental agreement (by the booker) prior to the arrival date. This is also detailed in our house rules and can all be completed using the secure link in your confirmation email from us.
