DirectTV and a flat screen Roku TV is also provided. The room is part of the Slackwater Inn. We are located on the Arkansas River. People come from all over the world to river raft here, which is world renowned as one of the best places on the globe to take a river trip. Our guests get a discount on trips with the Adventure Company, located right next door. There is also an amazing number of hiking trails, amongst a large concentration of "14ers" (mountain peaks over 14,000 feet), known as the "collegiate peaks" due to their names, Mt. Princeton, Mt. Harvard, Mt. Yale, etc. Monarch ski resort is also nearby. We have a contactless check-in with a keycode door, and an onsite manager that you can get in touch with at anytime. Guest access Guests can park directly in front of their room. We are five minutes from downtown Buena Vista, 15 minutes from Mt. Princeton Hot Springs and Cottonwood Hot Springs, and 25 minutes from Salida. Other things to note Our check-in time is 3 pm, check-out time 10am. On your arrival date you will receive a text and an email around 2pm with your keycode, which will work anytime after 3pm until 10am on your departure date. Please let the blue light flash twice when entering the keycode, and remember to lock the door when out and about by pressing the "lock" button in the lower right hand corner.
