The vacation room is located on the rear unheated part of a large property with garden. The terrace is equipped with a garden table and chairs that invite you to relax. Basically, the vacation room is rented without bed linens and towels. However, a linen package can be booked on request. The linen package includes: bed linen, towels, bed sheets and a shower mat. Unfair because it was submitted on the last day of the review period, which is why I could no longer respond. The review is untrue because all the furniture in the room (beds, bedside tables, table, chairs, small wardrobe, bed linens, pillows, mattress toppers and mattress covers) were newly purchased in 2021. All rooms were also equipped with new flooring in the same year for the 2021 season. The house in which the vacation room is located dates from 1911 and is built in solid brick construction. The partitions between the rooms have also been built in solid construction. It is not a building from the times of the GDR with pressboard. The expansion to holiday rooms took place in GDR times. The entire electrical system has been checked and works perfectly. These are surface-mounted lines. The plumbing is also above plaster. The equipment of the wet rooms dates from the GDR era and is fully functional, hygienic and clean. It is true that there was an accident. When the room was handed over to the guest, the room was free of complaints. After a two-night stay, the guest reports a damage in the toilet area and allowed the craftsman access the next day from 9:30 am. I was informed that the drain had been provisionally sealed and everything was okay again. The guest did not provide any other feedback. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
