This is a lovely, clean little home in peaceful scenic rural America. A very comfortable home with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a laundry room, and a pool table. Also a nice yard, large raspberry patch. The area is a must for birdwatchers. Chase lake and Arrowood National Wildlife Refuges are close by. It is also a very popular spot for waterfoul and upland game hunters. There is a cafe and bar in town. Groceries and other necessities can be obtained in Jamestown or Carrington both about 40 mi. The space TV and DVD player with many DVDs. We have WIFI provided. Radio available. For pet owners: Yard is not fenced in. Large kennel available. Be with your pet outside to make sure it doesn’t go into the neighbors yard. Make sure dog waste is cleaned up. Dogs welcome inside the house with masters. Do not leave dogs alone in the house. No stairs, but slight ramp from garage into house. House is all ground level. 3 Bedrooms--2 Queens, and 2 singles. 1 large couch. There is a large cot available also for sleeping. Guest access Room for parking and backing trailers in front of garage doors, and concrete pad to west of house.
