Year round Cottage on Thompson Lake. Beautiful sunrise! Sleeps 6 - 2 bedrooms & pull out queen sofa- futon on porch, deep water frontage, association beach, private lot, 2 docks & floating dock, large fire pit area & picnic table, 2 Kayaks, 2 canoes & paddleboard to use. Pets are possible but must speak to owner prior to rental acceptance plus additional fee, room for your boat. please take note: sheets and towels are not provided. small cottage - living room/kitchen area, small bedroom with 1 full bed and dresser, 1 bedroom with queen bed and dresser. Full bath. small enclosed porch with futon. Sofa is a pull out queen bed. Our boat does stay parked but there is still room for your boat at the dock or out on the mooring. Indoor fireplace is not to be used in summer please as well as woodstove in basement. We do leave the oil furnace on for those cool rainy days if heat is needed. Water comes from the lake so you need to bring drinking water. I do start out renters with some but please plan to bring more. available anytime for phone/texts great camp road to walk. We are at the end of the association. Association beach is at the beginning of camp road - 3/10ths of a mile. Easy to walk but there is also a few parking spots if you'd rather take your vehicle. We have a floating dock and so does the association beach. Since Covid: Renters need to bring their own sheets & towels. Blankets & Comforters will be provided. Dish towels will be provided.
