Old house for an ocean-country stay!

Old house in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, between Saintes and Rochefort, 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from La Rochelle. Shops 5 minutes away by car. We live there year-round, so it's a real house, not a cottage, we welcome guests during our holidays. We leave all the living rooms and 3 bedrooms upstairs for 7 beds. Land of 800 m² not enclosed without opposite, open to a large green space with trees to which you can have access. We have a cat. The space Newly equipped and furnished kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, freezer, washer and dryer. Garden furniture and BBQ. Baby high chair (antique wood) available or other baby equipment upon request. Library (comics/children's and adult books) Board games, toys (Lego/Duplo/Playmobil/Kapla/Puzzles...). Guest access The entire house is accessible to guests except 2 rooms of the house (office and 1 bedroom) reserved to store our personal belongings, in order to make the stay more pleasant for our guests. Other things to note Bed and bath linens are available to guests during their stay. Housekeeping available upon request. (70e package) To avoid additional costs to our guests, the accommodation must be left clean and tidy.
