Not suitable for parties —quiet getaways only. Great location: 1 hr to Ottawa, 45 mins to Kingston, 15 mins to Westport, and 20 mins to Perth, Ontario. River House Winery and Scheuermann Vineyard close by! The space Enjoy stunning lake views and sunsets from the large waterfront deck with an outdoor dining table—perfect for relaxing or sharing meals. Unwind on the lawn by the firepit for cozy nights around the campfire—firewood included. The cottage includes a BBQ with propane, an outdoor fridge, life jackets, seat cushions, and fun water gear in the storage area. You’ll also have access to a paddle boat, canoe, kayak, and windsurfer for your lake adventures. Please use all gear with care and return items neatly to their storage spots. There’s also a flat-screen TV with HDMI for streaming or movie nights. Other things to note 1. Bring Sheets & Towels: Bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens (fitted sheets, loose sheets & pillowcases) are not provided, and there’s no washer or dryer on-site. Please bring your own for: 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 queen pullout couch. *Linen service is available for an additional fee if needed, please get in touch. 2. Remove Garbage & Recycling: Guests are required to remove all garbage and recycling upon checkout. There is no on-site garbage pickup—please take waste home or to the local Garbage and Recycling Site (156 Muttons Road, Perth). A compost bin is available on the property. 3. Septic System Notice: We are on a septic system—only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush diapers, wipes, or feminine hygiene products.
