Experience the tranquility of nature while you explore our 149 acre farm—animals, oak savanna and prairie, & sequoia grove. We are located minutes outside of McMinnville, nearby many wineries. Our house comfortably sleeps 6, but can accommodate more if the bunkhouse room and bathroom is added onto your booking. You must be 21 or older to book and the booking guest reside during their stay. Guest must check in with the host or their representative prior to their departure. The space The main house sleeps six. There is a queen in the master, a full in the small bedroom, and the Eurolounger in the living room makes up into a full sized bed. Fold out twin mattresses are available if you have little ones who need to sleep in the master with you. The Bunkhouse has 3 beds and a full sized sofa sleeper. Go bird watching without leaving the house as you gaze out over the meadow and seasonal pond. Watch the stars from the master bedroom as you go to sleep and listen to the coyotes. Enjoy a fire in the fireplace insert, at the fire pit area, or just enjoy our ductless heat pump. Expect fresh eggs from our farm and other breakfast items for one morning and several welcome treats. We are following the guidelines recommended by Airbnb for the cleaning and disinfecting of our main guest house and the possible add on of our bunkhouse room and bath that are off the porch. 4 guests main house. 2 bedrooms 2 baths $175 / night. Additional guests are $30/guest/night. If you are 2 years old or older you count as a person. The main house can sleep six and it has a heat pump. The bunkhouse only has a fan and heat. No more than 8 guests may stay unless you have arrangements with the host. Guest access You have full access to the house; the bunkhouse if you add it on to your booking; and property. You are welcome to visit the farm animals—they like the attention, but we recommend you stay out of the woods if it is WINDY as there is always the possibility of falling limbs. We are a working tree and grass seed farm and you may see or hear us working around the property. We request that you stay out of our sheds and not climb on me our farm equipment which may be on the property. Please stay on obvious trails and roads when exploring to reduce your chance of exposure to poison oak. Other things to note Our house is not handicapped accessible. There is a washer and dryer available if you need it. There is a welcome notebook with some suggestions of things to see and do in the area. We have no internet access or landline phone. We have reasonable cell service on the property. We have games, puzzles, books, a TV in the main house and bunkhouse (20-30 local stations), a VCR and a blue ray player.
