The property is located in the Lublin Voivodeship, 156 km from Warsaw, 67 km from Lublin. The house is located on a hill, and the terrace offers a beautiful view of the Tyśmienica valley and ponds. The space In the yard, guests can use: a trampoline, an outdoor swimming pool (only in summer), a fire pit, a terrace with awnings, a barbecue and a garden set, deckchairs, a wooden house with a so-called stork's nest, a slide and a sandpit, a vegetable garden, a hammock, and a boule. Garage for 2 cars. Additional attractions in the house: sauna, jacuzzi, draft with darts, foosball, board games, fireplace, training bike. The house has an area of about 290 m2. 3 bedrooms with beds are located on the first floor and 2 bathrooms, a bedroom with a sofa bed - the office is located on the ground floor as well as a bathroom, kitchen and living room, the other two bedrooms with sofa beds are located in the semi-basement as well as a sauna, jacuzzi and bathroom, all bedrooms have windows. Only 2 small rooms are excluded from the use of guests - storage rooms in the semi-basement part. Other things to note We charge a refundable deposit on the day of arrival - PLN 700. House rules are available to customers when requesting an offer, we send them by e-mail, on the day of arrival please read and sign the document. We accept pets but charge an extra fee.
