Lovely 86 m2 apartment. Ideally suited for families, sports teams, and similar groups of up to 5-6 people. We have focused on creating a functional and very cozy apartment within short distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the sea. Free parking for one car is available, and there are 4 electric car chargers just 70 m down the street. In the garden, there are tables and benches during the summer. PLEASE note the pricing for more than 3 people and 2 rooms. The space The living room has two cool sofas where you can relax after the day's challenges and possibly be entertained by the large Philips Smart TV with satellite and many German and English-speaking programs (in addition to the few Danish ones). Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with most of what you know from home, including a dishwasher, induction stove, and microwave. By agreement, a 100-liter freezer can often be borrowed. In the design of the apartment, we have emphasized that each of the four rooms functions as a private living space with its own lock and key, one or two beds, a desk, and a reading lamp. The apartment has a large bathroom with 2 shower cabins, 2 sinks, and a toilet cubicle. Additionally, there is a small separate bathroom/toilet. Of course, there is also a washing machine and dryer. Heating and cooling are done via an Eco heat pump. The large bathroom has underfloor heating, and the rooms have separate electric radiators. Washing machine and air conditioning. Private terrace by the lawn. ROXY Romantic Penthouse Suite is completely unique with its café deck and view. Designed for those who require something special. It can be a couple or, for example, a set of parents with 2 teenagers who will have their own room here. Of course, there is also a washing machine and dryer. Heating and cooling are provided via an eco heat pump. The large bathroom has underfloor heating and the rooms have separate electric radiators. Guest access Please note that the displayed price is based on a maximum of 2 bedrooms with up to 3 adults and possibly a child under the age of 12. Surcharges are calculated as follows: • 1–3 persons: 1 single room and 1 double room. No surcharge. • 3–4 persons: 1 single room and 2 double rooms. Surcharge of 150 DKK per day. • 4–5 adults + possibly 1 child: 2 single rooms and 2 double rooms. Surcharge of 250 DKK per day. As guests, you have access to the rooms you booked in a complete apartment – exclusively for you, with direct access from the street door. Note: Only the booked rooms are unlocked. The others are locked and therefore cannot be used. Surfboards, if any, can be carefully stored overnight in the lockable stair tower right outside the apartment. Other things to note The wide white bathing beaches, which gave the town its name, are only about 1000 m from the apartment, and the water ski cableway and surf school by the fjord are just north, on Gytjevej. Hvide Sande is famous for its excellent opportunities for surfing and kiting. If the sea at the North Sea is too rough, it can still be perfect on the fjord. The apartment is located about 150 m north of the sluice, and Hvide Sande is a paradise for recreational fishermen. In the spring, herring are caught in buckets at the sluice, and later mackerel come, which are caught from one of the 800 m long piers or from one of the fishing boats that take recreational fishermen out. Please refrain from bringing uncleaned fish into the apartment. In a building just northwest of the sluice, there are well-equipped facilities for cleaning the catch. Fishing licenses can be purchased at the tourist office. The area has many interesting attractions. The best way to find them is to pick up the free brochures available in the town's shops or at the tourist office.
