This apartment is on the second floor of an over 100 years old historical building on the Saint-Denis street. It has just been thoroughly renovated in November 2017. Therefore you will expect to see an extremely clean and fresh living space. The front door (the only entrance) of the apartment is directly facing the street, meaning that you are not sharing the entrance with anybody else like those standard apartment buildings. 1400 sq. ft with 3 bedrooms (3 Queen beds), 2 full size washrooms, 2 terrifically large balconies in the front and in the back. The apartment can fit 6 people very comfortably. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so we can host up to a maximum of 8 people in total. We provide you a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) with the tabletop essentials and cookwares. Despite the spaciousness, this apartment is NOT intended for hosting any forms of party and/or gathering such as drinking party, bachelor bachelorette party, pre-drink events, etc. If the guests have breached this rule, the host reserves the right to ask you to leave immediately.
