The space The charming house is approximately 130 m² and has two floors. The house is very comfortable and has a beautiful natural environment. The modern design harmonizes perfectly with the antique elements of the houses. Please refer to the floor plans and photos for the room layout. Wi-Fi, TV with NETFLIX, radio and DVD player as well as a washing machine, air conditioning, barbecue and a TV are available to guests. Cars, bicycles, strollers, canoes, surfboards, etc. can be easily accommodated in the double garage. The gardens with different views could be enjoyed by the guests alone. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, house, garage and studio. Please note: The hillside property has special structural conditions, so the house can only be reached via 32 steps. Other things to note In the months October to March the minimum rental period is 2 nights! In the months of April to September the minimum rental period is 3 nights. Bed linen, towels, etc. are available for guests and are included in the price. Pets €15 are welcome on the ground floor by arrangement. Infants up to 3 years stay free of charge. The city of Mölln charges a tourist tax of €3 per person per day.
