The property boasts TWO halves of the home; an upper and a lower unit; both Units have their own entrance and privacy. It sits on a beautiful large corner lot. The perfect getaway, for a small active family or a couple's fun leisure spot. The interior is newly renovated from the walls inward. The space This home is conveniently nestled between the beach shore of Holland, Michigan (a 25-minute drive) and the bustling city of Grand Rapids (a 15-minute drive) also known as Beer City USA! The owner is not on-site. We only rent one unit each time and keep another unit unbooked, so enjoy the privacy and come and go as you please by using the keyless entry system. You will have the bottom half of the house to yourself. Guest access This listing will be accessible through the garage or the back of the garage. The garage can be entered through a side door near the house's main entryway. When in the garage, look for a door labeled with a large B. You will find a smart lock on the door to access the unit. We will send you an access code within 48 hours of arrival. Other things to note Non-smoking and pet-free. We need accurate guest numbers to serve you best. During your stay if anything is damaged please inform us so we can fix, replace, or restock. Additionally, please leave any used bedding, towels and linens on the floor or in the laundry room. NO PARTIES PLEASE!!! No weddings OR parties allowed without proper permits and permission. Checkout time is 12pm and check-in time is after 3pm.
