An approx. 60 square meter, stepless semi-detached house is at your disposal all year round. 2 rooms + kitchen + bathroom, sustainably and naturally furnished, ideal for 1 – 2 people. The cottage is located directly on the street on a central dike of the island. Since Pellworm is an agricultural island, large passing tractors and other agricultural machines must be expected here - especially in the summer months. Pillows and loungers are also available in the apartment. On request, a baby travel cot, high chair and changing mat can be provided. All floors are equipped with real wood, bathroom and hallway are tiled. Sufficient radiators are installed in all rooms. Our house is a non-smoking house and the allergy-friendly facility unfortunately does not allow pets. We ask for your understanding. A car parking space and a canopy for bicycles are provided. Bicycles can be rented on request before arrival and delivered to the apartment. Due to the age of the house, woodlice have now settled in the outer walls. In the event of a change in the weather, it may be that they occasionally get lost on the floor in the house. THEY ARE TOTALLY HARMLESS AND FLEE FROM PEOPLE. Fresh peppermint stalks or other herbs that can be found in our garden and then laid out offer help against this. Guest access The semi-detached house is at my guests' disposal. The property is large enough so that everyone can move and stay undisturbed everywhere. Other things to note ATTENTION: Ceiling height under beams only 182 cm !!! We are always there for you personally upon your arrival and departure. We ask you to pay for the following services directly on site: * Final cleaning €60 * Tourist tax, which the spa administration charges each guest aged 18 and over (EUR 1.50 to 2.50 per day depending on the season). For discounts, please show proof of eligibility in advance. * One-time 75 EUR for children up to 2 years. Pellworm offers: OUR OWN CHEESE PRODUCTION ON PELLWORM The Ostenfelder dairy has been producing cheese from Pellworm milk on our island since 2016. Throughout the year, there are (irregular) tours of the cheese dairy. The owner and operator, Mr. Koll, will personally guide you through the house. In addition, the cheese can be tasted and purchased directly at the dairy during this time. Everything can be found in Liliencronweg, just 5 minutes from our apartment.
