The largest and central room of the apartment offers a cozy living area and a new kitchenette with high-quality equipment. The apartment has 4 sleeping options. A double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living area for a maximum of two people, and if you are interested, there are two mobile travel beds for adults. The living and dining area offers you a cozy leather seating area with two leather couches, a 42" flat-screen TV and satellite channels, a high table with chairs for four people and a sideboard for your personal belongings. As already mentioned, the leather seating group has a double bed function, which offers the possibility to sleep for a maximum of two more people. The modern kitchenette, which is also located in this room, has an oven, touch ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster and most important kitchen utensils such as pots, dishes and cutlery, etc. In the bedroom with a cozy ambience, there is a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe with hangers and a chair. If necessary, two travel beds would also be available. The friendly bathroom is modern and offers a large shower with a flat entrance and seating, as well as a washbasin with a cabinet. It is also possible to use the washing machine and dryer. Towels are sufficiently available. The entire apartment has pleasant underfloor heating. The Alexandra house welcomes you. It is located at the foot of the Great Kornberg on the edge of the Fichtel Mountains in the beautiful and quiet district of Martinlamitz. Directly from here, you can start your hikes or mountain bike tours to the Fichel Mountains or to beautiful Bohemia in neighboring Czechia. The Weißenstädter See, the Förmitzspeicher and the Untreusee nearby offer various possibilities for sports, leisure and recreation. The small terrace in front of the house offers a possibility for barbecuing.
