It's easy to travel to all Montreal because we are located in the center. You have access to all roads and metro is on the orange line. 10 minutes from the festivals. Its quite and as all services all in one The space Nice spacious and comfortable. There is accomodation for breakfast and also little meals. Feel free to ask what you need. The studio is downstairs. You have a private access trought the backyard. Guest access Little backyard exclusivity. You can have access to everything around. The metro Jarry is 15 min from downtown. Other things to note You have your own entrance and we live upstaires.
