Sun, relaxation, sleeping to the sound of the SEA, and breakfast on the terrace with incredible views, all very close to Valencia. NEWLY RENOVATED. Work remotely by the sea, surrounded by nature, and relax with a walk along a paradisiacal beach of dunes and white sand. A warm and comfortable space, with efficient heating in winter and cool in summer, with all the amenities. Located right on the beach in a safe, non-touristy, and quiet setting, IDEAL FOR LONG STAYS. You will be welcome! The space It is a nice, spacious, comfortable apartment that is very bright all year round, with SEA VIEWS from the living room, terrace and bedroom. The apartment is a NEWLY RENOVATED. Both the living-dining room and the bedroom with a double bed overlook the outside—overlooking the ocean! It is equipped for long stays, both in summer and winter, and for working remotely in comfort. The WiFi per fiber has a large capacity (600 Mb) and allows the connection of various devices at high speed. If you have a Netflix or Amazon Prime account you can access it from the Smart TV. You have a large table if you need to work. You can also do it at a table located next to the large window. The 2-seater sofa is new and very comfortable. In good weather it is a luxury to open the large living room door that connects with the terrace, resulting in a single space connected to the outside. In summer it is cool with the sea breeze, and in winter we condition it with heating, duvets and carpets to make it warm and comfortable. The VIEWS are amazing. It is located right next to the beach, in a safe, well-maintained, and quiet residential development near Valencia. From September to June it is advisable to have a vehicle to do the shopping. The building has a concierge, an elevator, and accessible entry for people with disabilities. It has all the equipment (washing machine, large refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, toaster, etc.) and the necessary utensils to enjoy an EXTENDED STAY as if you were at home. We do not allow pets, it will be a pleasure to host you!. We are private hosts. Guest access Guests can access the private complexes of the development: pool (June to September), paddel courts, tennis, pedestrian, basketball and futbito. Outside of the summer months it is recommended to have a vehicle to make the purchase 10’by car and move to other towns. The supermarket is open from June to mid-September usually, the same as the pharmacy and the different restaurants. In another era there is usually catering service. Andando you can reach a famous bakery oven with a wide variety of products. Nearby by car there are all kinds of services and restaurants all year round. There is free street parking next to the apartment, but if you prefer, you can rent a parking space in a parking lot next to the building. We don't allow pets. Other things to note The beach is very well cared for and is ideal for long walks and water sports It is accessible for people with reduced mobility. The apartment is surrounded by nature. Quiet paths between orange orchards and rice fields to walk, run and go by bicycle. And I will provide you with accreditations to access the private sports facilities and swimming pool of the development. The pool is open from June to September, if you have a special interest I suggest to check the schedule beforehand. You won't find a safer, better maintained, or more charming beach on the entire Valencian coast!
