Other things to note A security deposit of €500 is required to be paid before check-in by credit card or bank transfer; for stays longer than 90 days, this amount will be €1000. Our guests are provided with a regular rental contract and for this procedure we need to have a copy of each guest's passport, the details of the residence address and the Italian tax code of the person who is the holder of the contract and who will sign the contract. The registration of the rent has a cost equal to 1% of the total amount of the rent (without considering the amount of expenses - condominium expenses, gas, electricity, internet) plus stamp duty, for a minimum of €50.00 per contract. This fee must be paid before check-in and varies depending on the length of your stay. Gas and electricity consumption are included in the monthly price up to a maximum of €50/month. Payment is required for any consumption that exceeds this monthly value.
