The house is located in a recent and quiet subdivision overlooking the garden and pool and has an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator) The pool is accessible and located out of sight. You will have a private room with a lock for you. Parking is available in front of my 2-car garage. My lawn is not allowed for parking. Self check-in. Due to the coronavirus, we're taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. The house is cleaned after each departure with a vaporeto (steam at 100 degrees which kills microbes). Linens and towels are available and washed at 60 degrees, if you'd like, you can bring your own. Guest access access to common areas, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living room (TV), dining room, and 600 m² garden + pool. You can use the kitchen for cooking (oven, microwave, fridge). During your stay I am available for all your questions, if in doubt about the use of the equipment of the house (induction cooktop, oven, heating, TV, swimming pool...), you can ask me for advice, you won't bother me.
