Adorable Magnolia Cottage House is located in quaint Neptune Beach. Only 3 blocks to the ocean, a yoga studio and across from Jarboe Park (with duck pond, pickleball, basketball, sand volleyball & playground). Only 8 blocks to the Beaches Town Center with amazing restaurants, boutique stores, coffee shops and bookstore. 15 minutes to Mayo Clinic and 30 minutes to Jacksonville International Airport. *If you need a shorter stay, message us for the link to our other Jacksonville Beach properties!* This adorable, clean, 900 sf stand-alone boho beach cottage has a private entrance, an outdoor deck, one bedroom/full bathroom downstairs and another bedroom loft/full bathroom upstairs. Each bathroom has a stand-up shower. The the living room is small, but cozy. The cottage is east of A1A/3rd Street, so you don't have to cross any busy streets to get to the beach! Parking is on the street, and there could be some noise from cars passing by. But once indoors, that sound is pretty minimal. This is a standalone guest house. It has a private entrance with a small fenced in yard, wood deck and two beach cruiser bikes. The key is in a lock box next to the door. We provide beach towels, cooler, and beach chairs to make for a perfect stay at the beach! We live only 3 Blocks away! So we're happy to help in any way we can! But we respect your privacy, and we will not be on the property unless you need us. We LOVE Neptune Beach, and you will too! It's a very safe, cute and quaint little town! This is why we choose to live here only three blocks away from Magnolia Cottage! Here, you will feel like a local as you walk and bike anywhere you like! We have wonderful restaurants and coffee shops an easy stroll away without all the traffic and tourists that Jacksonville Beach has. Yet we are still close to everything Jacksonville and its surroundings has to offer. Walk or use the bikes that we provide for you. Neptune Beach is well known for being very pedestrian and bike friendly! Parking is on the street directly in front of the cottage fence. If by any chance these spaces are taken, there is plenty of public parking within the block. Also note that the second bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Although it is separate and private, there is no door at the top of the stairs. The fireplace is not usable. We use battery candles only. The living room is small but cozy with a love seat sofa. The house is next to a busy road, so you will hear street noise outside. But most of the time, it's not noticable inside. Absolutely NO smoking on the property and NO parties. You must follow our check out instructions in our welcome manual. Do not book with us if you plan to be loud or messy. Outdoor quiet time begins by 10:00 p.m. Only hypoallergenic, non-shedding dogs on anti-flea medication may be allowed with advance permission from owner. Dogs must be leashed at all times outdoors. The owner's small, friendly shih Tzu dog lives on the property in a sperate/private fenced in area.
