For rent sunny and renovated (April 2021) holiday bungalow in the Limburg hills with 4 bedrooms. Made up beds, towels and WiFi included. The detached house is quietly located on holiday park Simpelveld. The bungalow has one bathroom with walk-in shower, a 2nd separate toilet, 2 refrigerators (including freezer), air conditioning, 2 TVs and a spacious sunny terrace with large garden. The hilly area is for nice walks, bike rides and city visits. The space Our holiday bungalow is only 1 kilometer away from the nice village of Simpelveld and is located in the South Limburg hills. The house was recently renovated in 2021 and has a good Wifi. We do the cleaning ourselves, because we care very much about the very clean delivery of the bungalow. The spacious holiday home features a sunny terrace with privacy and a large garden, which gives direct access to a playground. The house is conveniently located on the holiday park, close to the reception and the exit. A baby crib and baby chair are available by request. Parking is close to the holiday bungalow (one parking space per bungalow) or in the large parking lot at the restaurant. The green bungalow park is very quiet and rural on a slope at the beginning of the beautiful hill country in South Limburg, on the outskirts of the municipality of Simpelveld. A short walk away, one has views of Simpelveld's authentic monumental station from where the steam trains leave through the Heuvelland. The park is easy to reach via the A-76 and the N-281 and nearby there is a direct bus connection to the surrounding places. Within about 15 km. Distance you will find many interesting excursions for all ages, such as the 3-country point in Vaals, the award-winning Gaia Zoo and Continium in Kerkrade, ski paradise Snowworld and Mondo Verde in Landgraaf, Subtropical swimming pool Mosaqua in Gulpen and Welnesscentrum and spa Thermea 2000 on the Cauberg in Valkenburg aan de Geul. The large German City of Aachen with its historic center is easily and quickly accessible. The well-known 3 country point (and highest point of the Netherlands) in Vaals, is only a short 10 km away. From here, you can also easily cross the Belgian(Wallonia) border. In short, there are plenty of opportunities to fill your short or long vacation. The tourist tax is 2 euros per night and is to be paid on arrival.
