Bedandbreakfast Walden is located in the front house of this renovated farmhouse. It has its own private entrance and its own garden with a wood-fired Finnish sauna. The hot tub is located about 100 meters away, in the pond garden overlooking the meadows. The living room offers a beautiful panoramic view of the meadows. You can regularly spot deer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave and dishwasher, filter coffee maker, French press, Bialetti, and Senseo machine, and a spacious refrigerator with a large freezer compartment. On the ground floor, there is a small bedroom with 2 luxurious single box spring beds that can also be joined together to form a double bed (1.40 x 2.00). There is a modern bathroom with underfloor heating and towel radiator. The bathroom is situated on the ground floor. On the 1st floor is a large sleeping area of 11 m long, with sloping walls!! Here, there is a double bed (1.60 x 200) with a double duvet and a single bed. For small children, we have a fold-out cool street camping bed available. Bringing one extra mattress is recommended. The house is heated by infrared panels, wood-burning stove and central heating. The house is located in front of the house where we live; the total property is 1 hectare in size, with fruit trees, a large pond, walking paths, and a wooded area all around that our guests are also welcome to enjoy. We have a 3-person canoe that can be used if the water level allows. You are guaranteed to spot wildlife, such as deer, hares, and unique birds. Chickens scramble on the property, and our cat Jisca around. We also have 2 sweet goats B&B Bo and Bambi Guest access The house is furnished to accommodate up to 5 people. The driveway of 600 m has a few sharp narrow bends, which is not accessible to large traffic! Other things to note Large basket of wood €10,- Sauna can be used every day until 10:00 p.m. Of course, you can also bring your own wood, provided it is clean and dry, and does not emit excessive heat due to the sauna stove. Hottub €30,- To be used between 4:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. No use is permitted in extreme weather conditions, such as storms or severe freezing temperatures. The hot tub is heated to temperature by us. If we are not able to heat the hot tub, you will receive a €10 discount so you can do this yourself. Take into account a heating time of approximately 3 hours. The hot tub is located in a private place in the shared backyard, about 100 m from Walden. (Bringing slippers is advisable) Breakfast : €15 pp. breakfast is provided from 2 people.
