Right on the water ! Put ur boat at the dock and pwc on the dock spaces. Restaurant/bar next door so u really don’t have to go to far to eat. They have karaoke on sat nites. Big Pool to swim in if u don’t want to go to the river. Everyone there is nice and friendly just tell them that ur my friend and all good. Don’t say Arbnb cause nobody likes them. Two couches in living room make into beds. No garage access. Plenty of parking next to house and across from house. Keep ur boat on the two big docks for the duration of ur stay.
